This is a quality control report.  Its intent is to help ensure that the data recorded in the tip database is correct so that you get proper credit.  There are many mistakes that can be made, reversing the tip-from and tip-to names, not getting inside/outside correct, etc.  The chapter board needs accurate data to manage the chapter properly.  So please review this report and let me know of any errors.

Monthly Tip Statistics Report. This report shows the tip counts for each week of the month as well as the totals for the month.  There are 4 numbers for each meeting:  inside / outside / escrow / inter-chapter.  The report is sorted by total tips given, then by outside tips, then by member name.

Year to Date Report. This report shows the number of tips each member has given so far this year.  It is sorted so that we can easily see who the leading tippers are.

As I mentioned at our chapter meeting this morning, the Targeted Tipee (TT) process has changed.  Effective immediately, there are 4 TTs each month.  Each TT’s pot is $25.  If you are the only member to give an outside tip to a TT, you receive $25.  If multiple members give outside tips to the same TT, they split the $25.  Once a TT’s pot is paid, they are no longer a TT for that month.

To be named a TT, you must have been a member of the chapter for at least a year.  In addition you must have given at least 10 tips (only inside and outside tips are counted for eligibility) within the last 3 months.  A person cannot be a TT more than once in a 3-month period.  The Tipmaster will propose 4 members each month.  The chapter board will make the final selection.

The TTs for February are:  Victor Caputo, Frank Cuthbertson, Joe Klinke, and Bob Lankin.
